Booking with care

A few small policies that help us look after every client and run our salon smoothly. Thank you for understanding.

Deposits

A small deposit is required from all new clients to secure your appointment. This is deducted from your final balance on the day.

48-Hour Cancellation

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling so we can offer your slot to another client.

Late Cancellations

Appointments cancelled within 48 hours may be subject to a charge of 50% of the booked service.

No-Shows

Missed appointments without notice will incur a 100% charge of the booked service. Future bookings may not proceed until any outstanding balances are settled.
